Sneak Peek: The Whitby Hotel, NYC

What a treat!  I was invited for an evening of cocktails and cuisine at the new Whitby Hotel in Manhattan.  Opening to the public in a couple of days, this is the newest addition to the Firmdale Hotels collection.  Already a huge fan of The Crosby in SoHo and celebrating my birthday last year at The Ham Yard in London, this is a hotel brand that I respect so much. 

These are just a few pics of the gorgeous new restaurant and bar at The Whitby.  Located on West 56th between 5th and 6th, this is perfect for Midtown meetings, drinks or dinner.  

Pro tip: the White Linen cocktail is my favorite (The Crosby has it on their menu as well), because it's light and easy to sip.  Also, I'm usually on the fence about octopus on menus, but theirs is some of the best I've had.  

In Midtown?  Now you have a new go-to spot!
