These Are a Few of my Favorite Things

Second only to my love of talking through life's ups and downs and sharing inspiration with my best friends, I LOVE sharing my favorite things with everyone I know. I'm the ultimate consumer and I love all things new, innovative and first-to-market. I also love the classics and you'll find a few of these sprinkled into this series. Every month or so, I'll do a post and podcast with a few of my favorite things. So here we go!
1) Four Sigmatic: Mushroom powder, y'all. Four Sigmatic mushroom mixes come in a variety of flavors and types including Lion's Mane (for focus and memory), Chaga (packed with antioxidants and supports immune system, you'll see it with healthy hair, nails and skin) and I love the new Golden Latte with Shitake and Tumeric (for beautiful skin and packed with antioxidants). They have a lot of other mixes, those are just a few of my favorites. You can drink these so many ways - mix into your coffee, smoothie or mix into hot water. I do about 1/2 hot water and 1/2 steamed coconut milk so it's like a latte without the caffeine. I drink a cup every day in place of my coffee (just hit 6 weeks caffeine-free today!). There are so many other mixes and types - it's worth reading more about if you're thinking of mixing up your coffee game. Mushrooms can save your body and the world. Just check out this TED Talk.
2) Revlon One-Step Hair Dryer and Volumizer: not joking, every single woman I've gone on vacation with who has tried my hairdryer has immediately gone online and bought it. It's the BEST. It's a brush and dryer in one and because the heat is concentrated right on your hair as you work it through - your hair dries so much faster and shiner. You can even do brush curls with just a little practice. If you have frizzy, fluffy, curly hair and you want a smooth blowout at home, this is it.
3) Google Keep: so this is an app and website that I learned about several months ago and the type-A, list-making, organized, can't-remember-anything-unless-I-write-it-down girl in me is in heaven. It's like the notes app on steroids. It's so beautiful for creating lists, you can add images, website links, handwritten notes, pics, etc. to any list and you can make your lists in checklist format so you can enjoy the rush of checking things off. It syncs with your computer which is a blessing for me because I type much faster on my computer than I type on my phone. Is this a good time to admit that I'm a one-finger-phone-typer? If you like making lists, keeping notes, and love seeing your life beautifully organized on an app/site, then this one is worth a look.
Those are a few of my favorite things - I'd love your thoughts in the comments and please share your favorite things with me!
